That's unfortunate. Let’s go through the process together. First, make sure you enter the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still valid and has not expired. Second, check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is on sale or falls into a particular category, the discount may not be valid for this product. If it still doesn't work, please send an email to contact@vitamineman.nl stating the code and our team can advise and contact you further.

No, you can only use one promotional discount per order. However, a discount code and free shipping costs above 20 euros can be used in combination.

As soon as you have placed and paid for an order, we will ensure you that it is immediately packed and processed. It is then offered to the carrier, who collects packages several times a day. For that reason, once a fee has been charged, we unfortunately cannot reverse this process. If you are not satisfied with your item or if you no longer need it, you can return it to us (up to 30 days after receipt). You can do this using our return service for a full refund of your purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving your return.


After you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received this email, please check your spam / junk folders. If you still cannot find the mail after this, please log in to your account to check if your order has been processed initially. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. As soon as it has arrived and processed administratively, we will pay the purchase amount, including return shipping costs, within 5 working days. You bear the costs of return. To return:


1. Return the original (opened) packaging with contents.


2. Enclose your original packing slip with the packaging mentioned, stating your IBAN (bank account number) and its name.

With Klarna you only pay for what you keep. If you return all or part of your order, Klarna will send you a new statement once the online store has processed your return. For example, if you ordered two items for a total of 50 euros and returned one item of 30 euros, your new statement amount will be 20 euros and your new statement has an expiration date.

Yes, your original shipping costs will be refunded, but you will pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Currently, we are working hard to make all our products vegan. If a product is suitable for vegans or vegetarian, this is indicated in the product information. If you still want to know something specific, please contact us at contact@vitamineman.nl.

No, if you do not want to create an account with us, we have the option to pay as a guest. All we need is your contact and shipping information. Creating an account does of course have advantages, such as not having to fill in your details every time.

If you would like to have all the information about yourself removed from our VitamineMan database, please send an email to contact@vitamineman.nl. We will then delete all information within 10 working days.

You can click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us, or send an email to contact@vitamineman.nl and we will remove you from this database.

Order Comfort offers you convenience and benefits. This works as follows:


1. You choose a supplement in the shop. There can also be several and in different quantities.


2. In the step to indicate the quantity, the option Order comfort is also indicated. You click on it.


3. Then indicate which quantity you want to receive in which period (3, 4 or 6 months).


4. You indicate how you want to pay.


5. From now on you will receive an e-mail, with the order as you ordered it, 10 days before shipment of the items.
