We want to emphasize that we attach great importance to a good relationship with you as a customer. We always take complaints seriously and are happy to resolve them as quickly as possible.

DISCUSS YOUR COMPLAINT WITH VITAMINEMAN

VitamineMan strives for a service that satisfies you completely. You will understand that we do not like dissatisfied customers. If, despite our best efforts, you are not satisfied, we would like to hear from you.

An email exchange or conversation with VitamineMan or his wife (VitamineVrouw) always leads to a good solution. We are convinced of that.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR COMPLAINT?

We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint in a manner that is satisfactory to you. If you call us, we will try to resolve the matter immediately. If you email us your complaint, we will send an email with a solution no later than four working days after receiving your complaint.
