INSTRUCTIONS

Take a tablet twice a day about 20 minutes before a meal. Preferably for the largest meals of the day. A forgotten tablet can be taken during or after a meal.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store BergaMet BergaFEMME in the original jar in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of children.

IMPORTANT

Do not take with milk. This reduces the effectiveness of the product. Unlike grapefruit Naringin, Bergamot Naringin does not affect CYP450 enzymes. Do not use BergaMet BergaFEMME if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
