INSTRUCTIONS

Take a tablet twice a day about 20 minutes before a meal. Preferably for the largest meals of the day. A forgotten tablet can be taken during or after a meal.

BergaMet Pro + does not contain gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, shellfish, lactose, dairy, egg or artificial colors.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store BergaMet Pro + in the original jar in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of children.

IMPORTANT

Do not take with milk. This reduces the effectiveness of the product. Unlike grapefruit Naringin, Bergamot Naringin does not affect CYP450 enzymes. Do not use BergaMet Pro + if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
